I really like the composition, colours, interactions and rendering!! So much fun as a concept as well. The only thing, a very small one, is the paws or hoves or what do you call them, of the piggs... I'm sorry! I was thinking on it for a few days if I should say something or not, but then I thought that I would want to know, so that's why i'm now posting this. I don't think it makes a huge difference if you would,'t change it though.

But really, great one, love the vibe of this piece!

@Sofie-Schollaert Do you think I should color them brown? I had a bunch of sketches with hands, two fingers, three fingers and only the worm like arms seemed to do it for me. I did struggle with that piece. What else do you think I can do?

@Chip-Valecek A color block at the end might do it. Have you tried that solution? It’s a good idea. 👍🏻

@Chip-Valecek I get it, it's hard to make it fit in right. you might just add a line and make them another colour, just to define that there are hoves (or whatever)... Like I said, it's just a little thing...

you know what I just now realised: the one who's eating the bacon is in fact 'the good girl' type while the other two are more 'bad boys'. Just LOVE that aspect of it! I just had to point that out 😃

Thank you everyone for your feedback and direction while I worked on this. Here are my final 2 versions. Which one would do you all prefer?

                Option A.) Normal background:

                Option B.) Blurred background:

@Chip-Valecek said in September Prompt WIP (Pig eats bacon?):

                  background:

I really like the not blurred version. I think they are recessed enough by the color difference.

One thing I do notice is that the angle of the sign on the back wall is a bit off. It should be at the same angle as the floor molding below or it looks like it has been hung crooked on the wall.

I really like this piece. Poor pig can’t help it. Bacon is the best!

@JennyJones great catch on the sign. I will fix that!

@Chip-Valecek it looks like the bacon is glowing gold? I’m getting very magical vibes. Like Midus touch or something is going on.

The lighting effect I is cool and nicely rendered, but it’s confusing story wise to me.

                      Is it just me?

I think the pigs stand out more with the blurred background.
