I see my proportions need some work, the size of the mother's head for example. My focus this month is to try to create cute kids and nice lighting contrasted with the dark.

@Braden-Hallett Thank you for the feedback! This was just my initial sketch. I was pretty amazed when my value study came out pretty balanced. This was the first time I've actually done this. Someone posted a set of value studies last month, which I thought were a great idea. I see my improvement each month. It helps to see the work posted by others, so I don't just sit in a vaccume wondering how what I'm doing compares.
