        @xin-li your illos are lovely! Just one small thought, maybe you can have a more diversed background. Peaceful ocean, ocean with big waves, etc. Portfolio is somewhere that we want to use limited space and show as much of our talents / as many aspects as possible. 🤠

          @idid good point. It is hard with those spot images though. As the focus is on the character, if there are to much going on in the background, it might be distracting. I will definitely think of a very different scene for the next set of iamges I create so there will be some diversity.

          Although I agree diversity is an important aspect of building portfolio, I am actually not 100% agree of putting too much emphasis on showing as many aspects as possible of our talents in the portfolio. It depends a bit on your goal. I want to my portfolio relects subjects I am interested in only, so I will have a bigger chance to get projects I want to do. I heard many editors are very literal: if you have dinasaurs in your portfolio, you propably get projects that you draw dinasaurs.
