Can't access all of the courses! Please help!

Hi all,
I started with the 30 day free trial and let the subscription rollover as I was happy to pay for the courses, but despite my $24.99 subscription fee being taken, I'm only being given access to some of the courses. For Example: If I click on the Light and Shadow course by Jake Parker, I'm prompted to either buy the course, or subscribe monthly (which I'm already doing).

Has something gone wrong with the change over to a monthly sub? I emailed SVS support 3 days ago, but haven't heard anything back.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

@DavidCousens that occasionally happens to me if I’m not signed in to svs (it’s separate from the forums). Hope that helps!

@DavidCousens Sometimes you'll still see the prompt at the bottom to buy it but you can still start the course at the top if you're already signed in!

@DavidCousens Hello there! Just to clarify, the free trial and subscription both give full access to 90+ courses, but you need to access them from the Student Dashboard.

It should look like this:

If you try to access from the Curriculum page, or All Courses page, it will just bring you to the outward facing description page for that course. Some of our classes are available for individual purchase, that is why they have a price on them. But, you don't need to pay anything extra if you have a subscription

@Coley @Melanie-Ortins Thanks for that. I gave logging out and in again a try, but weirdly, I still can't see the course.

@LisaF Thanks, I'd not realised that Just clicking on all courses sent me to the front of the site. It still hasn't quite solved my problem though, for some reason the course is invisible from my student dashboard.

The course I'm interested in

I can see the fundamentals light and shadow course by Lee White, but this one by Jake just doesn't appear at all. I'd love to see this class as it's mentioned in numerous other classes.

I tried finding Jake's 'Light and Shadow' class from 'All Classes' and didn't find it there at all either (not on the list, & no description, checked both pages). Is it just a list of classes sold individually? It seems like 'All Classes' would be all the classes on SVS.

@DavidCousens hello! Lee's class was meant to replace Jake's old class. Jake's was one of our OG classes, and the recording quality was not great. We are trying to update or remaster some of the older classes, or replacing them entirely as needed. Hope that helps!

@LisaF Ohh, I didn't realise that Jake's class had been replaced. That would explain why it's not showing up for me then, that makes sense. Thanks very much for clearing this up for me.
