I wanted to combine adding a portfolio piece that used one of my previous characters with the contest this month, so here is the return of my little mouse from the Nightfall contest in February. I started sketching this mouse character last September for the inktober prompt ring.

I don’t really know how this works..my image appears a little fuzzy after resizing, sorry about that! It’s my first time posting an image on the forum..and it’s my first digital artwork. I learned a lot in the process (and am so aware of how much I need to learn)!

Hi There! I wanted to challenge myself by illustrating a double page as I'm watching the Children's book course at the moment and really like to try out all of the different page formats and combinations (Vignettes, Spot Illustrations etc.) Also its so inspirational to watch Jake working on that dummy of Little Red Riding hood! Also its lovely too see all your takes on the theme! < 3

@LauraLane Ahh Laura.... I loved your last entry so much already but this one is again so incredibly beautiful!! seriously I would love a graphic novel like this!!! your use of color, line and texture is so beautiful and these characters look so precious
