Well, here it is! Never inked before, so a true learning experience. I tried to keep it simple, and focus on storytelling and composition... hope you like it

I remember when I used the pen brush the first time, I was hooked! Love this month challenge.
Here is my submission. it took a lot of me to get Ellie's design down, the turning point for this piece was when I added the magnifying glass.

My first entry into the monthly contest in quite some time. I was pleased with my fairy design, but struggled mightily with how I wanted to place Ellie. "Finished, not perfect" though, right?

In Procreate with the studio pen. (For those who have never seen an animal based fairy, this is a m...ink fairy, a little animal fairy who loves the inky blackness of ink because it matches its fur.)
