Hi guys, hope you're all well. I'm chipping away at a comic book that me and a friend are creating as a fun project that we'll publish in some way this coming February. I haven't had time to participate in Inktober this year, but I love inking, it's so therapeutic, and I've been enjoying getting stuck into some digital drawing, inking and colouring this month.
With my colouring, I've been applying things I've learned in Will's Painting Colour & Light course, which has been pretty cool.
I'll attach a couple of pages that I'm pretty happy with so far. Feel free to dish out valuable advice and critiques.

@MattBaker Hello 🙂 Cool co-project by the way. In terms of colour I think your work has been successful. I love the rim lighting along with the line colour changing in the first page (oh and I love his dreadlocks but that's not about colour lols). The texture splash is pretty nifty too.

@Heather-Boyd Thanks Heather! Really appreciate your feedback. Yeah I'm having fun with stuff like rim lighting; it's not perfect and I'm a bit inconsistent with it, but to paraphrase the SVS guys, it's okay to do what works even if it's not exactly right 🙂
