Was inspired by @davidhohn and his leap (jump?) into the studio session and decided to play around with some graphite texture!

I can't quite replicate what he does with photoshop in clip studio (well, I CAN but it's irritating) but I think they look pretty cool in application using the texture combine command

I needed a little peace and tranquility. Smooth water and quiet reflective water is quite soothing. I would love to have a Japanese water garden.

My second entry in the jungle and exotic animals poster series visits India. I realize now how much I’d love to illustrate “The Jungle Book.” Gonna go ahead and add that to the bucket list.

So I'm still drawing my Yeti character. trying to come up with a backstory. in this drawing i wanted him to have a magical staff/flute not sure what it does yet but I know it at least can control the northwind. I made a style sheet that I will show if and when I get a chance to finish this month's contest.
