Taking an Aaron Blaise Procreate course. Trying to get more refined. Still lots of practice needed. I was pleased with how it started out though.

@MissMushy looks good!
-
@chrisaakins Thanks! Love your zebra

I revamped my yeti design to suit my house haha. I think I’ll go with the first yeti. He feels more like “me”
This was such a challenge! But I’m glad I took a stab at it haha. I might try doing another point of view if time permits. I hope the next prompt has to do with interior.

Finally completed my "comic clip" (analog version, color pencil on paper):
In the future I may do a "digitally remastered version".
Ready for a next project!

Gonna try and make myself a style guide

@Braden-Hallett Great idea! Way better than my opening the last PSD file and clicking through every layer's blending mode when I start a new project.

What do you think? -
Made this based on an art prompt from a group that's more Fine Art and Studio Art-oriented than illustration, but thought I'd share it here too. It's called "The Tree of Hopes and Dreams". The prompt was supposed to merge the requirements of a landscape, a tree, and the concept of "inside/out". The tree was supposed to indicate/represent a contrast of some nature to something else.
So, I ran with the idea of that state one experiences before one commits to a choice. To be presented with a moment laden with potential, and simultaneously not know whether it is good or bad. To know there are signs but not be able to interpret them. To shift from the vast emptiness of what is known to step into the bright light of the unknown.
Well, that's what was in my head, anyway. LOL!
