Hello and welcome!! You've come to the right place for resources for sure! I loove the classes here for children's illustration and if you haven't checked out the 3 point perspective podcast I would check that out starting from the earlier episodes. There are some great ones about agents and pricing your work and portfolios etc.

For your portfolio I think the two things you could work on is the anatomy on the human faces, they look much more realistic than the rest of the drawings, so matching the level of stylization on the faces as the rest. And for the rest of the imagery I think you could work on making some areas not in focus, softer edges, and some areas more crisp with hard edges. Right now in most of your images it is the same through out and it makes it harder for the eye to focus on your focal point. 🙂
You could also try using some texture in your illustrations aside from the brush stroke to help it feel a little bit more organic

Your character design of Oscar is pretty cute! I'd be interested to see how you might color him.

You could try to get work from commissions or self published authors, and if you most single images here I think you'll get better feedback as you go
