I am probably moving to fast through my sketches but I am so passionate about this project I can’t help it!

@Asyas_illos I like that point of view on page 2! Can't wait to see this whole dummy you've started.

@Kristen-Lango thank you I was watching Lee’s visual storytelling course and there’s a bit about unique povs and pulling the viewer in to be apart of the story sort of. And yes I’m super excited for my book!

@donnamakesart I don't know why but it's not letting me "like"/"upvote" your post. I like it.
I like both. I think B does tell the story better.

Making a map of all my favorite places

What a fun idea, and a cute map. If I was nearby, I'd want to check out your favorites, but I'm on the other side of the country!

trying to push myself to block in shapes and focus on silhouettes

Good idea. I should try doing this.

@donnamakesart I think B focuses on the characters while A focuses on the setting, so I would choose B

@Asyas_illos Yes, I would like to speed up the process or rather I want to eliminate all the procrastinating and things that slow down the process, but still keep some reflection along the way, and respect for the process. I think my biggest draw back(no pun intended) is using digital to draw, I am happy to do painting on the image that I have already drawn and coloured, but drawing images from scratch still feels odd. I am not sure I want to lose that feeling. Maybe you get used to drawing with the I pad?
