@phoenix-yip Ok, so I see the storm of childhood toys, and I see the two figures, (which i parsed as parent and child) but I don't see an interaction between figures and environment yet. Are the figures unaware of the storm?

I like your perspective angles. I do feel though, that you're trying to tackle a very complex subject that would require multiple frames to accurately express. Maybe narrow down your concept to something slightly less complicated.

@phoenix-yip I think this could be very emotionally powerful, expressing a major transition in life. I like how you have designed it so the figures are silhouetted in the center of the eye of the storm. I wonder how it would look with just the child, without the adult.

Pretty complex and not sure it fits with the theme storm(perhaps conflict?) but still could be a great portfolio piece if it reads clearly!

@AngelinaKizz Yeah it is pretty complex. I'll probably explore it further with other work. My hope for this piece is to make something enjoyable to look at even if the message isn't fully understood.

@jenn I can try that. The older self is an important foreshadowing element but I guess sometimes you have to sacrifice the story for the visuals. Thanks for your input!

Compositionally it seems to be I a good spot but it’s also a bit hard to know for sure because it’s still a bit messy. I think the concept alone is intriguing but may be too far in the fringes for this prompt. "Storm" isn’t really a word I would attach to this at the moment but simply bringing in storm clouds could fix that.
