I wish i could say there was a whole lot of thought that went into the story for this illustration. It was a quickie that id done up in under 2 hours. I just had this idea to create an illustration of finding peace in a storm, as i love getting cozy and listening to the music of the rain and thunder.

I want so badly to grow as an illustrator and felt like I wasn’t moving forward even though I was following the classes, and sketching daily. They’re few words of advice definitely was a huge aha moment, and I’ll employ it going forward.
