Nearly all of my creative time and energy this month was used creating a sketch style animation project at the day job. These are some of my favorite types of projects to work on because after we work with our client (an adoption agency in this case) to create the script, I'm left with a ton of freedom to art direct, illustrate, and animate the video on my own. Here are some of my favorite screenshots from this project:

But I did have just enough free time to contribute a painting to my favorite local gallery's annual fundraiser.
Extra fun fact: my wife painted the two on the right side of the gallery shot (unfortunately, I don't know the artist who specializes in depicting cats at war)!
