Hey Lee, please no offence. I see a 'small' thing, The balloon on the left looks a bit like a but. LOL Maybe not a problem if you use the right colors...XD

Great image, it´s going to be awesome! This is my favorite type of image - in the air, with many planes and depth and a lot going on. Really looking forward to seeing your progress on this one!

I was trying to get a rusty look on this area so I put a textured layer on top with the blend mode set to (soft light.)

very nice!! this is expertly painted and I really love the style.

Since you are working on perspective, the one thing I would encourage you to adjust is the way the cabin is sitting on the deck of the ship. It's actually rotating to the left more than the rest of the boat is. In order to fix that in the drawing stage, make sure the center line for the boat and the cabin line up by drawing through the objects. So if we line it up correctly, we would see a bit more of the face of the cabin. Kinda like this:
