Will Terry's wife passed away last night

Oh my goodness. Of course he and his family will be in my prayers. A sudden loss is such a tragedy, there seems that there is nothing one can say to ease the pain. Just know that you @Will-Terry are in our thoughts and I pray for your peace. You are such an inspiration for so many people. I have no doubt that your following has you upper most in their hearts right now. Thousands of people are with you in this. Just keep breathing.

It’s crazy to think you have no idea who I am but i feel like I know you. I know you because I listen to your YouTube and the podcast. And in that you have made yourself known. You have shared not only professional advice but your personal, real gritty life story. I love listening to you because of how much you let people in. I consider you (and jake and lee) my art pastors. Bc you not only talk about the business but you talk about life. It’s because of this that my heart breaks for you like it would break for a friend. I am so sorry and I can’t believe this has happened. I am shocked. I know this woman has been in your corner and I can’t believe the amount of pain and loss you must feel. I will pray for you like I would one of my friends. This verse from Lamentations 3 has got me through hard times I hope it brings you condolences and hope.
17 my soul is bereft of peace;
I have forgotten what happiness[a] is;
18 so I say, “My endurance has perished;
so has my hope from the Lord.”
19 Remember my affliction and my wanderings,
the wormwood and the gall!

This is heartbreaking news and I have no words for the loss... I, like others here, feel as if I know you through the years of watching you open up about your life and work, and see you as a mentor and an inspiration. My thoughts are with you and your family.

I did not know her at all, but Will’s post on Facebook shocked and devastated me. I am so sorry for him and his family. Unexpected losses always seem to hurt just a little bit extra because they are so hard to understand. I know by the way he spoke about her, he loved and respected her very much and her absence will undoubtedly leave a hole that can never be filled. Will - I hope you are able to eventually find some peace and that your wonderful memories of her live on forever. You have such an enormous community of support here as evidenced by the overwhelming response to today’s bad news. You are loved by so many people. You are not alone and I’m sure that I speak for many in saying that if there is anything you need, we are here for you.

@Jake-Parker Oh my gosh-so unexpected to jump into the forum and see this-and I'm so appreciative that Will has allowed you to share with us. In listening to so many of his YouTube videos and his conversations with you, he often mentioned his wife. She has become an important side character for me in the SVS saga. I miss her and appreciate the background support she provided to Will, who so generously has shared it with all of us.

Words cannot express what my heart would like to convey. You are loved and there are a whole lot of people praying and sending energy your way. I pray that you feel the power and comfort from that collective love. She is near too, in another realm, looking out for you and your boys. I'm sorry that you have been separated, for now ,but, you will see her again. God be with you until then. May you feel the warmth and comfort and light of His love. -

I only know Will through SVS, YouTube, and the podcast, but it seems Will is constantly remembering things his wife said in his art stories. I'm hoping memories of her ease his pain in time. My sincere condolences. Prayers to you and your family, Will.

@Will-Terry I'm so very, very sorry. There's nothing for this kind of pain but time, tears and prayer. It's going to be hard and for what it helps (I know close real life friends are much more important at this time), know that your SVS family appreciates all your kindness and also your hard work on our behalf, and we are rooting for you. And don't ever feel like you have a to hide behind a mask with us because this is your work. Just be yourself!
