Little Lainey thought today,
That she’d be very sweet.
For her mom on Mother’s day,
She’d bake her a nice treat. She opened up the window,
To let some fresh air in.
But Miss Lainey, she forgot.
To close the chicken pen.To her room, she skipped away,
To dress while the pie warmed.
“Cluck, cluck, cluck”, she heard inside,
And through the door, she stormed.Chasing chickens all around,
Lainey begins to say,
“All I wanted was for mom-
To have the perfect day”….. -

Saturday Morning Sugary Cereal Tantrum Tornado! I hope your household isn't quite like this, given our current situation! Stay safe all. I think I would categorize this month's entry under graphic novel style. -TRA

“Why are you coming to destroy our home, Bear?” Bee buzzed. Bear looked shocked.
“I didn’t know this was your home!” Bear gasped.
“Oh yes, please don’t destroy it!” Bee pleaded.

"Everything was rattling, falling apart and breaking. Buzz started rethinking his life choices."
I was already working on this piece for a project, but thought it might (loosely) fit the theme?
Still struggling with aspects of this piece, might make some changes.
