Beast. Not sure if I like dark or light pants better. I might go with light because the evil Gaston (but oddly charismatic in some sense - ok I’m crushing heavily on the Luke Evans actor who played him in recent movie lol) will have dark pants.

Character design class sort of finals. Might go back in later. Trying to do a book spread and the wizard of oz cover before end of the month, plus submit another mini book project/video thingymabobaroni outline by wednesday midnight for a local festival that’s moving online. Wondering if I’ll burn out on illustration this month, I hope not!

I just finished this painting for my patrons (it was a group commission, my first time undertaking such a task, they suggested the theme and chose the thumbnail) that I am hoping doubles as a decent spread image for my illustration portfolio.
