Riley, Riley, Riley…

Ok shadows or no shadows? Or just simpler shadows?…
-
-
@asyas_illos I think #3 (the version with light shadows) looks best.
-
@miriam thank you I agree
️
-
Ok adding some last little details, should Riley be besmirched with flour or not she built the contraption but it’s doing all the cooking…
-
@asyas_illos love it! So cute! I agree with the lighter shading.
-
@asyas_illos I like the lighter shadows and the flour! The machine looks like it's making a right mess, so I reckon there's probably flour everywhere.
Very cute!
-
@ruth ok thanks for the feedback!
@AngelinaKizz thank you! -
Ok going for one more...
-
@asyas_illos cuteee! You work fast
-
@angelinakizz only when I’m properly motivated lol

@asyas_illos I love the curl of the smoke/steam and the girl's pose. I also like her gleeful expression. The tripod and cauldron look solid. I'm guessing she is some kind of witch or wannabe witch. Is she making a love potion? Maybe for the extra trash you can add baskets of herbs, additional cookbooks (potion books) and other random ingredients toppled on the floor.
So one detail: I am wondering why she is doing this in a closed garage. A mini stove like that would probably be running on a fuel of some kind so it should be outside or ventilated. Just in case kids get ideas, you know.
-
@asyas_illos this is a cute concept, and I love the lines of the pasta with the girl in front. I have a suggestion for the machine, maybe it should include one of those cranked pasta maker things that rolls the dough into a flat sheet and cuts it, since you are starting from flour. I'll find a picture...
-
@jenn thanks for picture, I tried to imply there was more machinery in the back, I didn’t want to over complicate the image. Trying to get away with the bare minimum for a trashed garage, lol
-
@jenn said in Riley, Riley, Riley…:

Don't worry, it's a magical flame!
-
The love potion witch drawing is really cute.
-
Ok think I'm almost done with details and cleanup. @jenn I had thought about leaving the garage door cracked but you’re right about the fuel source I was trying to bunson burner or camp stove but I think @Miriam has the right idea about it being a magical flame, I removed the canister and going more “calcifer” with it thank you both for the feedback!
-
@asyas_illos love it! and all the little animals and details
-
@jenn thank you!
-
Holy moly! I didn’t realize it was only two days til March! I gotta get crackin!
