My name is Emmanuel, i'm come from France. I don't speak a very good english but i understant clearly.
I start the digital painting (my first painting here) and the drawing too !
My method here : paper drawing of the elements. scan and work with photoshop.
A lot of frustration for the moment, because i don't arrive to the wish result. So, i need to work !Bye guys

Tu devrais voir ma première peinture digitale (un indice: vraiment pas aussi jolie que la tienne haha). Bonne chance dans ton parcours. I have done a very similar method of drawing with pencil/pen and then bringing into the computer. I have found that Inkscape does a much better job getting my inks into something closer to what I want to use than anything else. You can bring your image in and then convert the bitmap to vector. From there I like to simplify it and then start working with it. Just a thought. Might be worth a try.
I like where you are going with your drawing above. I would suggest the "How to Draw Everything" class on SVS. It is really good and might move you along quicker as well.
