@burvantill awww you guys are soo greatt you made me feel better! (Im at work on a Saturday when the trains arent running so I appreciate you all for the messages and upvotes)
The real struggle is gonna be fitting stuff on those back shelves. I might instead do stuff hanging on the wall instead of shelved objects.
-
Ok here’s a rough sketch of it before I do inks
Gonna get rid of that extra lantern and put something Else there
-
@Aleksey awesome! I love it!
-
@Aleksey Wow, this is awesome!
-
@inkandspatter @mag thanks! It’s coming along pretty well. Coloring it is gonna be a nightmare but I’m excited
-
Whew. Alrighty here is the inked version pre value and color. Gonna take a break for a little bit and work on my building backgrounds homework. I counted and successfully did 50 different things!
-
Here’s what the values will be, sorta maybe.
-
This looks amazing! I absolutely love all the little bits and bobs you've managed to squeeze into the composition, it works really well!
Sorry i'm so late in suggesting this, the smoke coming out of the cauldron looks wispy but the heart itself is a cloud of smoke, maybe the heart should also be wispy as you wouldn't have two types of smoke? Only a suggestion anyway!
I love the witch's face and the little cat, look forward to seeing this in colour! -
@hannahmccaffery hmm i kinda want that effect but i think i can make it look better now that you mention it, ty
-
Line work and composition look great. Love all the details you've stuck in.
-
Niiiiiiiice
I think this is gonna turn out pretty awesome
-
It's really coming together strong. I'm looking forward to the color.
-
Here ya go! (submitted it already)
-
This looks great! Good job with the complicated environment!
-
I agree @cbrocke - the thought to the overall design really pulls it all together so nicely!
-
It really came together, I love the cat trying to get the heart of smoke.
-
You killed it on this one. This looks very professional.
-
thanks everyone
-
@Lee-White i know you just revuewed like 80+ pieces. If you have time in the futures Would you be willing to critique my piece? I would like to make improvements on it to add to my portfolio. If you are ok with it.
-
@Aleksey I love your piece! There's so much to look at and when you think you're done, your eye finds something new. You really did a good job with the environment and the perspective! Great job!
