Show off your badge!

Are you an old school SVS forum user? Have you been published by a publisher? Well then show it off! We are going to start to use groups to show off who you are. To start off we are only going to start with a few groups to see how it works.
SVS OG - If you have been a member on the forums before 2017, you would be considered a SVS OG. I have already added a number of active users to this group. However there are thousands of users and would take forever to go through the whole list to add. So if you feel you have been around for the first few years of SVS, then request to join the SVS OG.
Pro - This one here is for anyone who has been published professionally. Show it off! You deserve it! Request to join the group.
Moderators - there is no request to join this one, but there are a couple that have helped flag spam or report issues. You are the ones I see helping keep the forums clean. I have added you to this group. I will continue to add others as that helping hand is seen.
SVS Instructors - we all know who they are. Of course you can not request to join. Just nice to know who they are and of course they should show it off right?
I can add you into a group BUT that doesn't mean you want to show it off. It's up to you to show your badge. Its as easy as going into your profile > edit > and under Group Title select the groups you are part of. Let me know if you have any questions or if you have suggestions for future groups.

Hi Chip, nothing shows in my "Groups" box. There's no drop down or selection to chose, it's just blank.
-
@Washu should be good now right?
-
Ah! I missed OG by a few months! Great idea though. Looking forward to seeing more and more "Published" tags as students make that progression.
-
@Jon-Anderson nope you should get the OG, like I said I only added a handful. I added you to the group.
Anyone else, if you feel you need to be in a group please request to be in and I will get you added.

@Chip-Valecek Love it!
-
@Chip-Valecek Awesome! Thanks Chip!
-
@Chip-Valecek Yup, got it!
-
@Chip-Valecek I'm pretty sure I'm an OG but I can't remember when I joined for sure..2013 or 2014 maybe? What will being in the OG group mean? How will it be different?
-
Oh. I am an OG member Ha! Ha!
-
@Marsha-Kay-Ottum-Owen it doesn't really mean anything besides the fact you been around SVS for a long time and you can show it off LOL
-
oh, okay Ha! Ha!
-
Welp... no badge for me
-
@nyrrylcadiz I know you were one I added the SVS OG to. Just go into your profile and edit. You will see a section called Group Titles. Select the badge you want to display.
-
@Chip-Valecek wow! really? thanks! I didnβt know.
-
@Chip-Valecek Can you show off more than one badge, Chip or do we pick one? I am part of SVS OG and a long time member but also requested to join the Pro group.
-
Very cool. Thanks Chip @Chip-Valecek
-
@Charlie-Eve-Ryan Yes you can show more then one badge, I just tested it. When you edit your profile, hold the shift key and click on Pro and both will show.
-
Can I be a moderator? Iβm always on the lookout for people who donβt play nice. Or for solicitors. Those guys chap my hide.

Oops, I sent a request before I saw the rules. My profile says I joined in January of 2018, though I see I have subscription emails going back to 2016. Anyway, just ignore!
