I can't decide. Maybe something in between? You're taking advice from a very tired person if you listen to me at the moment LoL. Maybe c then. B looks almost like the cat's head is turned around too far in not quite a normal manner? Part owl. But I'd like see more of his expression. So I'm going c.

A seems more believable but I googled the pose, and cats are very much capable of making B pose as well (well of course they would, they're practically fluid). I personally like showing the characters facial expression, so I would go with B.
I think just a tiny change of showing the starting of the tail (where it joins the body) would make the pose more readable. Right now it's hidden behind the oval thing.

Good call! It used to be in plain view but got covered up.
