      Hello hello!

      I'm currently working on a piece that involves a stuffed tiger character falling through the air, but I'm struggling with giving my character weight while making it look interesting and natural. The tiger is filled with beans so that would give his limbs a little bit more weight.

      Here are some numbered sketches to give you an idea about what I mean:

      I would really appreciate your feedback on how you think I could make this work best. Thanks so much! ❤

        @smileyflower I think that n.1 reads best.

            I think 3 has potential as well. The weight be at the bottom seems believable in that one too.

              @fwolfs Thanks very much for taking the time to help me out!! Yes, in 3 it looks like the tiger is falling at quite a speed too. In the rest of them it looks like he might be in water or just tumbling on the ground even. I appreciate the feedback!

                @smileyflower 3 looks more natural for me.

                        Thanks everyone!! ❤

                        I tried to combine 1 and 3 in these further sketches. I'm personally leaning toward B as to me it looks more dimensionally consistent with the rest of my illustrations in this series, but I'm very keen to know what you think!

                          I like B although you might bring the back left leg out just a bit because it's lined up with the tiger's body and I didn't see it at first. You have a very appealing style.

                            I think B looks like it has more weight but like @demotlj mentioned I think that back leg needs to be aligned a little differently to stand out. Love your style!
