I was inspired by my three boys who are in cub scouts to do this illustration. I can see this is a nonfiction nature book or magazine.

@carrieannebrown yes Carrie-Ann I’m kinda obsessed with textures. There is a watercolor paper texture in there that I made but other than that it’s all stock brushes in the procreate app. I appreciate the

For this one I made a little story involving my kids, so if nothing else, they'll be amused
Attempted traditional media for the characters; watercolour base and prismacolor pencils over the top in places. Tonnes of room for improvement but I enjoyed the experiment.

@JDRpictures sorry, I meant I think that's what Lee used in response to your question. Yours is really beautiful too! Not sure how you've managed to include so many colours but still make it look so cohesive.
