@carlianne Thank you for sharing and I can totally get the desire to want to do your own brand and to be free to work in your own style. I"m currently working on a comic strip about my gaming group. We've had some characters come and go in the group and it's led to some pretty funny stories to tell. I'm still developing the scripts for the strip just to see how far I can take it and to see if the material grows and becomes easier to create or more difficult. It'll be a fun exploration regardless. 😃

I kind of lost my style and myself a little bit and also didnt work traditional much, since it's easier to work with my ipad on a daily basis and change the designs i need for my job as a tattooartist.
I miss it a lot to draw and paint but i feel too overwhelmed too often with the designs i have to do first...and after that i don't do much creative stuff.

I'm really starting to have a good time here. I hope thats what i needed, just a little push.

You may want to do research on the studios that are working on the latest animation series on Netflix, Hulu, etc. It may be easier to break into those places first. Also, Ghibli recently released their first fully CGI movie. Perhaps they need more 3D animators?
