@Norman-Morana I might need to have a chat with you to learn how you do the tra-digital illustration. you have done it so well. I know you are doing traditional work during this year's inktober (I saw your process video :-). I have a hard time telling if your pieces in your portfolio are traditional or digital. They all look traditional to me :-).

Day 10 - Hope
-
Hi All this is my first Inktober!!!
I plan to draw everyday, but also forgive myself if I don't My ultimate goal is to just draw everyday...with my job finding time to draw after work is difficult because it often leaves me mentally and emotionally drained. I used to love drawing so much, that I did it without having to remind myself to do it; but now its hard to muster that love for it after coming home from work. TL:DR I missed drawing and want to get better at by doing it again. Here's day 4 Radio
Day 5 Blade
Day 6 Rodent
Day 7 Fancy
Day 8 Teeth
As always feedback is welcomed

Day 10: Molly Weasley. The thing about doing a large piece like this for Inktober is that I know that "glue" drawings like this won't get the same level of social love as the rest, but that's just part of the grind

Throw. More like let go. A nod to Edward Gorey and Wes Anderson

@xin-li Iβm happy to help give it a shot, that would be fun Iβm trying to think how to start this process. I think some things to think about ahead of time would be to determine what kind of marks you want to make and which is closer to that right now, your digital or traditional work. And from there looking to references of other works.

Got a bit behind. Hope to be caught back up by Monday. Hereβs Throw. Working on hope.

@Cayleen You did great hands! Isn't it exciting when something like a hand works out?

@Doodleworx Like the frogs! Does the sign say hope?

Day 10 - Hope
My brain went straight to "hoping for rain". This happened a lot during the summer as we had another that was more hot and dry than normal. The gardens were often parched. We'd water for an hour and it would quickly disappear deep into the ground. I am totally enjoying everyone's artwork. It is so interesting where everyone's thoughts go when they think of a word.

Day 10-Hope ... and I hope I make it through the month! I love seeing everyone's ideas and how they present them. I am learning that I need to spend more time to find where my strengths lie. I enjoy pencil and watercolor but would like to be able to work out this "ink" thing - be it "ink" ink or digital ink. For Hope, I remembered back to my childhood days.
