Inktober Day Sixteen - Rocket
Thought it over a little bit and decided to draw some Looney Tunes fanart of the characters Sylvester and Tweety!
I thought that drawing in this style would be simple (since all parts of the characters flow together and such), but I went through several attempts to get the proportions to look right. It's not 100% exact (Tweety is a little rougher than Sylvester), but I'm glad with how they turned out.
The more I look at this, the more I realize how difficult it is to see the lines in the upper left background. I wanted them to blend into the background, but as it is right now, it's really impossible to tell what the object is (It looks more like abstract squiggles, rather than a tree); I'd darken those lines just slightly if I were to redraw this.

Day 17 Storm. I have a question for the group. What do you use for a white out? I have both Bombay white and FW white. Neither cover black ink in one pass. I found BIC white out works well, but it instantly gums up my brushes, and I don’t feel like sacrificing one for touch up.
