"You are late hero" Work in progress!I ll share every step!

Hello gang!

I am currently drawing a new print, and I wanted to share all the steps here, in case it might help somebody!
I really hope it does!
Also if you have any opinions, critiques or anything to point out, feel free to!
---Story---
The idea was for a kid hero to meet with his fairy friend in a top of a cliff.
Fairy tells him something allong the lines of "you are late,hero"
Clearly she can fly up there.
Poor kid had to climb.
But why is he late? Look behind his back!
Also, a nice flow of air is upon them
