W're doin' daily exercises on the 'discord for the arts'. I can't remember where I got this challenge from (some group on deviantart that's been expunged) but it strikes me as something that'd be common in animation and design courses.

Same here when I was working on environment silhouettes I did birds so yesterday I went back and did some quick values and add some colour.

Stupid question - what’s discord?

Discord is something like chat, forum group, voice chat, messaging...in our group, you can only come if you are invited, but official: "Free Voice and Text Chat for Gamers"

Can you rotate the shapes?

@Heather-Boyd I think You could, we try to fit it like it is...that is the exercise...but If You rotate, than it is also shape, another one, so why not.
