@neschof I LOVE this!

Just about wrapped up with my entry. I finally got down to watching 'Coco' and was inspired by the 'Day of the Dead' festival/ day of remembrance of the departed souls. This was my first time colouring an illustration on Photoshop. I'm still learning, but having fun. Can't wait to see all the entries. May the Force be with you all!

Thankful for the feedback I received in the forum on my previous versions. I had to do a Christmas theme for this prompt also! Elf on the Shelf! Merry Christmas, everyone.

As she listened closely, Mary overheard them talking about her...and the child.

Here's my entry for December. I remember that feeling ... not fun. But now, all these years later, it can help inform a piece of art. So, there's value in all experiences I suppose.

As she listened closely she overheard them talking about her friend.
The star of the school play has a homemade costume that she is quite content with, but some of the other reindeer don't think she belongs.
-
Rushed the shading, so there is too much grainy texture for my liking, and no time to color. Still submitting though.

I had this conversation with the doctor just yesterday! I've got a love-hate relationship with my tonsils right now

Hi all! This is my very first submission to an SVS contest. I've been following quietly for months, and finally decided to throw my hat in the ring. Happy New Year to all of you!

One amazing thing I did in 2019 is become a part of the SVS community
Here's to an even more amazing-er 2020! Happy New Year everyone!
