Inktober 2020 - Week 1
-
Goals for this Inktober (2nd attempt doing the daily prompts) are to become more comfortable with inking using traditional methods, speed up my sketching skills, and learn to accept imperfection. βJust get it done already!β
DAY 1: FISH

This years Inktober just to mix it up a bit I am going to try some new tools. A Noodlers Fountain Pen with their Noodlers black ink and gray alcohol markers.
Good luck to everyone on getting all 31 daily prompts done!

Here's my day 1 Fish. This is my first time doing Inktober, I was going to be really organised and plan ahead but ran out of time so just going to wing it now My goals are to follow the daily prompts and improve my drawing and inking skills.
-
Inktober day 2: WHISP
Tried this one 2 ways because it's all about learning the ink. Tried with 1) ink wash and 2) dip pen. Things I like about each, just need to learn to combine. My 10yo was my model.
And then there's my daughter's WHISP:
