Inktober Day 13 - Dune
I knew I wanted to draw a pyramid-shaped robot for this prompt, but it took a while before the character worked well with the composition.
I wished to get the feeling of sand across with this drawing so I tried to incorporate pointillism techniques in order to texturize it. I think some areas need work, but it turned out well.
I originally placed some sort of cloaked figure with a cape in the bottom left of the image, but I made a couple marks that looked like long hair, so I turned it into a lady wearing some sort of dress (at least I hope the figure appears as some sort of human character!) which should allow for the addition of more story and scale elements to the piece.

Day 14 - Armour
-
Inktober day 14.
Armor.
He doesn't look so great now, does he..
His armor has seen better days. The same goes for his mentality. -

Armor. Canadian: Armour. With some amour thrown in for good measure.
Maybe it's the Canadian in me, but 'armour' and 'amour' are very closely filed in my brain. Thus, the armour on the amour. Is the armour protecting the heart? Or does it need to come off to be able to fully love?
Perhaps both.

Day 13 Dune. I’m not really feeling the lizard. I had some problems with the texture. Tired I guess.
