-
@Cayleen oh my gosh those are adorable.
-
@burvantill Lol, thank you!
-
@Jeremiahbrown this yeti's face is amazing, it has a lot of personality. Why aim for cute?
-
@burvantill thank you :)))
-
Also I wanted to share some work of my own too
I've been experimenting getting textures and finishes using shadows and highlights
On this particular one, I experimented trying to make different colors look fitting as either skin or some sort of bionic finish on this cyborg character.I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how this experiment turned out although there's loads of room for improvement!
Are there any other ways I can experiment with getting texture on skin and making colored skin tones?
let me know!

I made this thing this week

Continuing with landscape work for now but still very much enjoying it
-
Having a bit too much fun with the Smoke brush in Procreate... hehe...
-
@txels Thank you, that's very encouraging! I might stick with it and forgo the "cute" route.
-
@txels It always came back to Spongebob.... they ignored literally every rule of being underwater, so I figured why not lol
-
Playing with Procreate’s isometric grid tool today. Not sure what exactly it is used for but it was fun to play mind games with it lol
-
Hello my friends! These past 3 days working on Yeti design for the December Challenge!
-
Learnin' me some clip studio! It's pretty neat!
-
working on adding more full bleed pieces to my portfolio
-
@MissMushy I’ve never used the isometric grid tool. Is it an aid for perspective work?
-
@DaveLeekArt I think it is a stylized perspective tool - no vanishing points - all lines just seem to run parallel at a particularangle. I am not sure- still trying to figure it out
️ Procreate also has a regular perspective tool included.
