I am also working towards a graphic novel. Like you, I feel like my humor and stories in my head a better suited for an older audience. My goal is a graphic novel, but after listening to 3 point and Comic Lab podcasts, I know I need to start small. Unfortunately I have no desire to do a comic strip. I've written a first draft of my story and I'm going to break it up into, small sections. Similar to a printed floppy comic release every month, but digital.
I would love to exchanged notes and experiences with you during this learning process. If you're interested DM me on IG. @burvantill.

@Elisabeth-Rae it was amazing that I got fired. The pay was bad and the students were harassing us. I'm glad I left that environment.
