Fox's First Fall

I've been experimenting with art styles lately. I graduate next year...and I think children's illustration is the route I want to pursue. This was a practice run. Thoughts?

Love the style and color choices. I think it's really appealing and it feels like it could fit into the children's illustration market well. My one critique is that the gesture of the fox combined with the design of it's body and feet, make it feel a bit clunky and not as graceful as I envision a fox to be.
