@sas I'm glad you decided to share. It doesn't matter how experienced you are, someone will always be a slightly ahead of you but that is a great thing because it keeps us motivated to improve our skills, our techniques or our storytelling.
Looking forward to see all your 31 drawings.

@burvantill I have every day sketched out in pencil already. It makes it a lot easier to keep up the pace and concentrate on inking.

For Day 04/Spell, I have the Papaver rhoeas, or the red poppy. Here's the accompanying poem as well, if you care to read it:

Dreaming, but my eyes are wide

@jaepereira they came up as Poisonous on Pinterest, generally speaking I think the most colourful are.

I doubled checked all the photos say blue frog but I pretty sure the bottom blue/teal one is a dart frog (saw it in a midsummer murders episode yesterday as a dart frog).

@burvantill I've been sketching in pencil before I ink for the inktober pieces. For me it's more important that I get it done, and although I think going directly in ink is a tremendously useful exercise, I like the pieces I sketch out in pencil better, and I'm trying to use that extra sense of confidence to help me keep going. It's so easy to get derailed with this kind of thing!
