@burvantill I picked an old episode for my husband to listen too. He was like I see why you like them!

@Sara-Hickman great idea! I’ll have to look back and see if there is anything up his alley. He’s handy but not artsy. 😊

All three of them are very silly humans

The thingy that helped me with storytelling is reading stories, and also will eisners books on visual narrative. I may have to revisit them and maybe help me reinforce some of the things i learned from svslearn.

This one helped with gestures and body language

@burvantill the one about the art failures where Will tells the story about drawing the turtle is the one we listened too.

@Whitney-Simms I’ll second that. I’ve taken several licensing courses but learned more in this short course than several others combined!

@Jake-Parker Just a random side note to this episode. I just listened to it for a second time and I was cracking up at the stories you guys had about snow. We live in Alaska and one of the first things I learned when I moved here was that the Inuit people have something like 50 different words for snow. (hardened icy snow, softly falling, flurries, blizzarding, the slushie stuff...) Just thought I'd share that little tidbit.
