@Braden-Hallett omg sooooo cute! Reminds me of my little guy drawing in permanent black marker on the wall when he was 2! I asked him if he was drawing on the wall and he said "noooooooooooo!" and held the marker behind his back ha ha hha!!!!! I left the marker there lol. It's partially hidden by a desk but I'm more of a softie so can't paint over it lol. , memories!

This is pretty much what I'm currently working on. I usually jump on each one when I get burned out.
The first one are some thumbnails Illustrations for a book called The Wind-up Bird Chronicles by Haruki Murakami, now I recommend his other book "A Wild Sheep Chase" more if you want to get a feel for the author.
Second one its a portrait of Luna Lovegood just cause I love that character so much. I probably will just fix some edges and call it. I feel like I spent too much over rendering some parts.
The third Doggo painting is my doggo named Yoshi that passed away two months ago, he was an old doggo went strong for 18 years. He was going to be a lawyer just out of high school. I miss him so much so its a very emotional piece.
The fourth one is some creature design for a chicken made out of flower or a flower made out of a chicken. I made up this game to help me design character as a practice, where I just write a noun put it in a hat, and grab two pieces of paper without looking. I got Chicken Flower, as you would have guessed.
The last one is a very accurate self-portrait for my Biz cards.

@Braden-Hallett So good!
-
@Jorge-Valentin is that Luna?!
-
Ultra-pogo.

Warm up from today. Tried to paint like I would with traditional paints by mixing all my colors from three primaries.
-
You guys are all so awesome! It's fun to see such strong styles develop, and the variety of images is wonderful. I love seeing the rough starts as well as the finished work. I think the monthly studio thread is one of my favorites, so thank you all for contributing.
I've been totally discouraged lately, not drawing at. all. Maybe cruising the forum will help
-
The still life train continues for the Schoolism Light and Color class. Last pair for assignment 5. I thought this would be an easy setup to paint and it turned out to be one of the hardest ones.
I decided to paint traditionally for part of assignment 6 so I could get a wider scene.
-
I decided to do a little series of Halloweeny wizard critters with a loose tie-in to foods that that critter might like. Strawberry the bunny is first! Now to color him.
-
Not my drawing but practising with watercolours which I havenβt touched for a long time. Nice break from the digital stuff !
-
Sketching out ideas for a possible set of illustrations. A grandma and kid pick flowers and make leis for loved ones arriving at the airport.
