@burvantill I think you did a very nice job on those arms and especially the elbows.
-
@burvantill Is that a tiny balloon? What does it mean? Please tell! And yes, the arms look right.
-
Working on some more pencil stuff...
-
@Heather-Boyd Thankyou.
-
@LauraA LOL. Its part of the story. You can see it on my IG. I've been posting all the pages from the beginning. My feed looks very bland with all the ink. As soon as I'm done I'm going to curate it and only have 3 posts with the whole story. The tiny balloon represents the courage that the real balloon is giving the boy. It (the boys courage) has been fluctuating for the last few pages and I wonder if I am translating that thoroughly or if people are just wondering if I can't color a shirt. LOL

The adventure of Mattymouse and Charlotte continue

Hello all! Iβm new to the forum, and have loved seeing all the skills and creativity you all have on display!
Iβve been working on some characters named Munch and Pistachio which were spawned from my Inktober drawings. If youβd like to see more of their adventures, you can find them on my IG account: mwilsonillustration.

I made this riff on the "Loosening Up in Watercolor" class painting as a warm up to Slowvember. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Charlotte and Matthias continue their soon to be terrible day
-
@demotlj Beautiful scene. Love these bears.
-
@Judy-Elizabeth-Wilson Thanks. Since I was copying the original artist, I canβt take credit for the scene but I did have fun with the bears
-
@demotlj It's such a smart idea to take inspiration from another artists pieceand make it your own. You really soak in their knowledge that way, especially as you are spending hours on one piece. Best way to learn!
