This month ive been doing style studies and attended some will weston drawing classes and he gave me some good advice on studying style and art.
Here are the latest character designs i made thanks to the time spent practicing. While the designs are getting better I’m still really struggling with expression, both facial and body language. I am going to work on that through February.

I've had a lot of folks I care about losing their fur babies lately. I always feel sad when I'm painting pieces like this knowing how loved and missed they are, but I am honored that I've been given the opportunity to create something that can bring a recaptured fondness to counterbalance the loss being felt. I hope I did his memory justice.

Ok i think i can move on to another character designer. I got much better at drawing cartoony bird characters, it’s very fun.
