It looks great!
A couple little bits of advice to consider:
- You might want to give that little moon at the bottom more 'space'
by moving the line between lighter & darker blue, or moving the moon to overlap the line.
- Riley's expression seems very understated. (Insert friendly poke about Brits not showing emotion.)

The low, downward slanted brows, and the low cheeks lean slightly toward a sad or somber feeling, but she does look pleased, or maybe like she's marveling at the sights.
‑ You might want to try moving the eyebrows or adding a curve to make them friendlier / happier.
‑ You could experiment with moving the cheeks up — closer to the eyes. I think that on its own would brighten up her expression (but I'm not sure if that would leave too much empty space at the bottom of her face).
‑ You also could consider lightening the cheeks.
‑ Moving the mouth down could also change the expression.
