      @chrisaakins the blue glass is looking really nice -looking like reflective glass. My mother likes blue glass šŸ™‚ .

        @Braden-Hallett

        Of the small ones, the 2nd on the top row and the 1st on the second row I like despite looking like guns lols - also come to think of it that resemble Bobafat's ship (sp) in the Clone Wars or the one before that, ahh.

        It's super cute your names for them. They also look hug worthy, so squishy haha.

        Thumbs up!

                I'm working on developing a more cartoony art style; I'm thinking about creating illustrations/greeting cards with it possibly! Not sure if I should add a higher level of detail to it or not though, heh.

                    I was working on my How to Ink homework and began to notice how many things in my art studio reflect SVS’s influence. Here’s a photo.

                          My husband wants me to design a skeleton guy for him, which made me lol because I usually draw cute stuff.

                          It made me realize that for most of the human form I draw a bit of a skeleton anyway, but to draw skeleton hands I had to draw finished hands and work backwards.

                          This is a first pass for a more complete figure. I did a bunch of skulls and he picked what he liked best. Then he'll comment on this and we'll go from there.

                              Working on drawing mice with ball point pens. I realize this is quickly turning into a draw 50 things challenge. BTW deer mice are adorable. 20190910_182227.jpg

                                @chrisaakins Deer mice are adorable and unfortunately, they are what usually get into my house in the winter making trapping them a very sad job. It's easier to kill ugly mice. Your drawings continue to look great.

                                    So I have been working on the same sort of style as my August Superstition work in the following Dinosaur, Cat Laser, Star Trek Discovery work. I will share both. šŸ™‚ Please do let me know if you like this style, I do which is important, thanks.

                                      @Heather-Boyd I think the style is working and you should keep exploring it, because you're really onto something. It feels contemporary, but also with your own unique spin on it. A good combo to have.

                                      I'm trying to pick back up with the Light and Color class I started a couple of months ago. Here's a study from life in diffused and direct light.

                                          I had a breakthrough today! But I can’t show it unfortunately, because it’s for a contest with a blind judging and it’s against the rules to share itšŸ˜ which sucks because I’m so happy. Lol.
                                          Anyway, so I’m drawing people. I can draw people but it takes me a very long time and I struggle and redraw and redraw and it’s sooo frustrating. In this project there are A LOT of people that I have to draw and at the rate I’m going I will not make the deadline. So I was in a very high state of frustration and anxiety yesterday. Last night I got on svs learn and searched for any class that could throw me a lifeline of help. I searched under characters and picked the Posing Characters class. It was EXACTLY what I needed. I applied what I learned to a couple of my people drawings today and WOW what a difference. Beans. Who would’ve thunk it.
                                          I have before and after pics and process vids that I will share after the contest is over in November.
                                          I just want to say thank you to @Will-Terry and @Jake-Parker for passing on your knowledge. You saved me today.
