Our SVS Virtual Studio January 2🥳2😃!

I'm putting together the last of four "seasonal" riffs that I apparently fell into after doing two tangentially thematic one offs for fun. I was trying out Max Ulichney's new watercolor brushes and just sorta kept going... hehe... I dunno what they could possibly be used for, but I'm really enjoying myself.

More work on Teddy the Explorer. I haven't painted a real portrait in a while and this is very fun.
Still working on the map and her little toes. I may draw in some flowers to make her look more feminine. Someone suggested this because they thought she looked like a boy. What say you, SVS peeps? -
@chrisaakins this is gorgeous! I love the colors and being a photo realistic artist myself, I definitely enjoy seeing your approach here ️

Monsters running across my sketchbook again. Dang things!

The book dummy begins to come together.

@Braden-Hallett perfect name. Pretty sure that's the sound it makes when chewing socks. Monch monch monch. (BTW as a university student I used to live on a street called Monchy Street!)

@Braden-Hallett Haha I love it. Man, you are getting so good at textures and expressions!

@xin-li You’re welcome. Thanks for saying that. One of my goals for 2020 is to make YouTube vids of my process. So it’s nice to think that they may have followers. Lol

@burvantill I love the composition for your snow tracks piece! The circle is so fun.
@Braden-Hallett - Thanks for the Kids on Bikes recommendation. I've been watching some videos of groups using the system, and it seems perfect for us.
