It's nice to create without the pressure from well...anything! A couple I did this month. Now on to finishing up the March prompt. Capture22.JPG Capture33.JPG

Been absent for a minute with all the craziness but I am still trying to whip something together for this months prompt. Looking forward to getting back to making πŸ’—

Completed this tonight. I've been taking pics of things that catch my eye on my daily walk through my neighborhood lately. Seems to be the only exercise I'm getting right now. I've seen more of the community I live in recently than ever before, so I guess that's one good thing coming out of all this. There are some really gorgeous things out there when you stop to take a look...

This pic was a potted plant. It was taken late in the day, so there were strong angular shadows that I wanted to keep--it gave it a bit of a sunset feeling that seemed good for this piece I'm calling "Suppertime".

Still fiddling with this piece. I want to take it to finish and put it on my portfolio. I just seems can not finish it πŸ™‚ - getting distracted all the time. Stay_home-inprogress.jpg

I finished two pet portraits earlier this month. After a couple weeks of not being able to focus I'm trying to get back on track. I actually worked on my contest entry last night and this morning so that's something! Aiming to finish and I think it's ok enough but not super magical. Working on trying to get a bit of magic into it ❀️

I’m practicing my svs rabbits taken from Pinterest. There are so many rabbit shapes in the world. I think I am attracted to the long legged skinny scruffy ones. Although the short legged poofs are very reminiscent of Thumper which brings on nostalgic memories of watching Disney movies on rainy days with my mom.

@burvantill I like the top leftist one. (Is that a term that can be used for nonpolitical directional indication?) I also like the center one's "uh oh" expression. That is one I frequently have when I do something I can't undo in Photoshop.

@chrisaakins positional speaking, leftist works. Although my rabbits tend to lean towards the right they would not be offended. I don’t know any right wing rabbits that get offended, actually. They seem to be a pretty level headed colony.
My favorite is the rabbit in the bottom right. His face is so long and his body language reminds me of my Grandpa when he got fed up with all the kids and just sat there silently tolerating.
