I really did have that thought. Which is funny because I grew up never wearing a helmet. And they ARE being chased by a dinosaur.

@Braden-Hallett nah, just make them Dutch - no one uses or needs helmets there.

@Braden-Hallett Certain circumstances warrant the absence of safety gear, such as a dire emergency when you must hurry and have no time for helmets. I feel that this circumstance qualifies. Great action.

I've been on vacation a while so not been able to do any new work yet but I ordered some print samples to test paper stocks for when I eventually manage to get an online shop live. It was exciting to see them in real life. (Brexit isn't making postage options easy!).

@Katie-Carling Thank you! I do an underpainting first, usually with Burnt Sienna. Then I build layers of color on top and use White Gouache for the highlights. Here's a snapshot of the underpainting for one of the images.
