@Braden-Hallett it can’t still be raining there?!

Character design class sort of finals. Might go back in later. Trying to do a book spread and the wizard of oz cover before end of the month, plus submit another mini book project/video thingymabobaroni outline by wednesday midnight for a local festival that’s moving online. Wondering if I’ll burn out on illustration this month, I hope not!
-
@Braden-Hallett I love your character design!

@Braden-Hallett Super Cool, I love this one.
-
Did this one a few years ago before I got into an accident that derailed my artistic pursuits.
-
Feelin' super frustrated with colour, so I'm gonna do some black and white middle grade kinda stuff

Loving all of the work, everyone!
I just finished this painting for my patrons (it was a group commission, my first time undertaking such a task, they suggested the theme and chose the thumbnail) that I am hoping doubles as a decent spread image for my illustration portfolio.

Still working on my vehicle design final. It has morphed into a true educational painting. As I work on this image, bits at a time, I am figuring out how my digital watercolor tools work. I am also working on Will Terry’s texture class to learn how to create the moss that I want to put all over this car. I was lucky enough to get this critiqued by Mr. Terry a few weeks ago, so that was AWESOME. Anyway, it’s coming along.

happy summer everyone :-)!

@TessaW Oh my goodness I LOVE that kid by the K in King. I love the overall piece and that dragon as well! But that kid makes my day!

Hey everyone! I just got an iPad Pro so I’ve started teaching myself procreate this month! It’s super fun!

@JessicaStauffer Thanks Jessica! I had a hard time getting him right. Glad you like him.

I'm writing a very silly thing for giggles.
I am aware of the typo,

Made these guys for an 'Art Walk' my city was having. I set up a little table at a local art gallery and showed some of my other sculptures too. I've never done that, it was an experience. People were not interested, but a few kids said they were neat. Hurray? -
I just finished up my Zoe Perisco inspired work and it didn't come out as nice as I'd like. I did like the mountains and so I remember that "song of the sea" Pinterest pictures had similar line work on their rocks, so I wanted to give them a similar go with pastels:
These are set up for Instagram which is why there is so much white space between. Thanks

Here’s a character lineup I’ve been working on from the new Character Design class. What do you think?
