@cathedralcolors Alcohol is a solvent, so it can dissolve certain other inks. I clean my calligraphy pens with alcohol and it just eats up the inks on my pens, so I can’t use those inks under alcohol markers, just over them once the alcohol has dried.

You’d have to find an ink pen that has an ink that can stand up to solvents. According to my research, Hi Tec C (traditional, NOT collector) gel pens, Zebra Sara (the clip version NOT the normal sarassa), and Pilot G2, as well as Sakura Micron pens have been tested and approved to work with alcohol markers like COPICs.

I'm in the NYC area and never heard of this event 😮 Great to know! I do a lot of cute illustrations and sell at events but tend to cater towards anime crowd, specifically fans of chibis. I do cute and colorful. But would love to attend 🙂

Haha, your story is hilarious! 😂 You and your sister were definitely a mischievous duo. I’d love to see you illustrate the scene of you both throwing dirt clods at the neighbor's house and then getting scolded by the Sheriff. Those would be such fun illustrations!

@Avondrood-art Some of them do (Like Posing Characters with Jake Parker) so it's a little inconsistent. The descriptions do seem to all say the name of the teacher at least, though you're right that when you're IN the class there's no obvious info in some of the classes. Good suggestion.
