I had struggled with some anatomy in my last contest piece when I drew a werewolf girl and I don't want that to happen again 😨 Also thank you so much! I was trying to make it have that exact feeling! I wanted it to be special. I'm so glad that I fulfilled it. ♥

I agree with the negative space comment. Maybe you can make some little inky footprints winding past the lens and leading the eye off the canvas where the fairy wings are visible. I would also make the reflection of the fairy in the lens a bit more clear as it takes just a tad too much work to see it right now.

So I think I’ll go ahead and enter the one with text. It was my favorite too. I was imagining it in the scouting magazine or a nature book.
